Stretch the few flowers you have on hand by distributing it to different jars/vases like what I did with this P40 bundle I got from the market. Had this arrangement during the first day of the year.

Yay! Happy New Year!

Party Giveaways!

Instead of bringing a gift to a shower I attended, I thought of making little souvenirs for everyone. This one is really an easy DIY since I’m used to wrapping gifts. It just takes time though. But once you see the guests’ reactions, you know the time and effort spent were all worth it.

The free printables I got online also gave the romantic touch it needed.

Put the chocolates in the cupcake liner, wrap it in cellophane, tie it with a ribbon and insert the tag. Viola! You have your personalized party giveaway!

Materials:

Cellophane, Cupcake Liners, Ribbons, Chocolates, Tags (free printables)

Got free bookmark printables from Pinterest which inspired me to use it as tags for the book I’m wrapping.

What I like about this is that the ribbon and tags can be turned into bookmarks when the gift is opened :)

Last weekend, I had a rare opportunity to wake up to this beauty in a secret garden. I said rare because the place is so far and secluded that it would take a lot of guts from me to come back. Nevertheless, the place is paradise. And my favorite flowers, Cosmos and Everyday are abundant in the garden :)

Added washi to the mix to complement the colors. Looks like arranging flowers is becoming my next favorite thing.

If only I could find mason jars here. Yesterday’s market trip didn’t lead me to any source or supplier.

Then, today’s spur of the moment DIY - Washi Jar Caps :)

Thought of spending some time first doing crafts before heading back to writing, and this is the result.

Upcycle jar caps by decorating it, the easiest and handy would be using washi tapes. It makes it instantly cuuuute!

Giving a new life to my room switch. Old frame + Washi tape to update a usually boring and neglected item in the room. Makes me excited to turn the lights on and off!

It’s also the first project I’ve done using Washi tape :) It’s very easy and quick to do.
